Filament Winding is let the mold winding, make the attachment follow preset pass, manufacturing method for uniformly covering the mold.In this way,we can depend on the load condition to make the winding regularity。And the cross angle of fiberglass is the strength of the FRP。Therefore, by adjusting the cross angle of the glass fiber, the mechanical strength of the product can be controlled.Compared with the traditional glass fiber reinforced plastic manufacturing process, the winding process can realize semi-mechanized production, and the product quality is relatively stable. If it is equipped with a different resin matrix and fiber organic compound, the technical and economic effects are particularly prominent.
(1)Dry-Winding:use prepreg to wind, that let resin-impregnated fiber evenly wound onto the mold through machinen. In this way,we can controll the content of this material to ±2%.Thus realize the accurate control of the winding process the dry product quality. The product quality produced by this process is excellent. But this process have some disadvantage.First, the winding equipment is expensive and prepreg production equipment needs to be increased. So the investment is huge.Second, the Shear strength is lower among the dry winding FRP pipe.
(2)Wet-Winding :This kind of winding method has a high popularity rate. It is a process in which glass fiber yarn passes through a groove filled with resin before winding, so that the fiber yarn sticks the resin to the mold and forms together. The advantages of wet winding are: ①The cost is 40% lower than that of method (1); ②The product has good air tightness, because the tension of wet entanglement is too large, the resin glue will squeeze out the foam and fill the gaps; ③The fibers are arranged in parallel; ④ The resin surrounds the fiber to increase the wear resistance coefficient; ⑤The efficiency of the winding production of these three types of FRP pipes is higher.
(3)Semi-dry pressing:After the fiber is dipped, in the process of winding to the core mold, a device similar to an oven is added to accelerate the curing of the resin; compared with wet winding, it can reduce the bubble content in the product.
