FRP pipe design includes 3 ways,shape design ,structure design,and porcess design.These three parts complement each other in the manufacturing process.
1.Shape design
Shape design is the most intuitive performance.Depend on the use and installtion,we can customize the diameter and the shape.Like cone,Oval,Straight,Flanged,Flared,etc.
2.Structure design
The FRP pipes we use require different structures on different occasions.Such as the buried pipe.When design the structure we need to consider its pressure bearing capacity,but there is no requirement for UV resistance.In the structural design, an intermediate strengthening layer may be used, or even quartz sand may be used to increase the tension of the pipe wall.As the antenna pipe,because it will be install on the roof or the base station,we need consider its UV resistance,wind resistance and thikness.
3.Technological design
Technological design is according to feature of the product,choose a manufacturing process that can meet demand and at a low cost.Process design is a part of saving money for the client in the design of FRP pipes. Where does the business come from without profit? There are many processes that can produce FRP pipes. If the customer needs several kilometers, you can give him the hand paste process, or if the customer only needs one or two, you can use the pultrusion or winding process. These are obviously unreasonable. In the design of FRP pipes, low-cost strategies should be adopted as much as possible while considering quality.
