Automotive parts are manufactured by integral molding of glass fiber composite materials, which makes sure the bravo quality of FRP auto parts.

Automotive parts:

Heavy truck bumper, air deflector; fender board, toolbox, Racing chair, Electric minibus body parts, etc.

Agricultural machinery parts:

Tractor bonnet, harvester hood and all kinds of farm machinery body parts.

Characteristics:

General effect: integral molding as uni-body, top grade and beautiful appearance, fluency modeling, seamless, water leakage prevention.
High strength: FRP products have higher strength than ordinary steel parts. With good impact resistance and high safety guaranty, FRP products can be repaired conveniently under low cost after heavy losses.
Light weight: the deadweight of FRP products is more than 40% less than that of the steel products even if they have the same size, thus reducing the fuel consumption, increasing the carrying capacity and lower the cost at the same time.
Clean and environmental protection: no rust, anti-aging (weather resistance, 10~15 years), temperature difference applies to -40℃~+110℃.
FRP products has the advantages of flexible design, low comprehensive cost, large size can be integrated manufactured, and can be embedded with a plurality of hardware parts to be assembled.
