1.Mold surface process

2.Product layers
Generally speaking, the thickness of Fiberglass RVs body is about 2.5-3mm.According to the difference of fiber Attention should be paid to the elimination of air bubbles during layering, otherwise it will affect the strength of the car body.
3.Product demolding
First remove the clamping screw, connect the air nozzle, adjust the air pressure to a suitable size, blow the air while using a rubber hammer to hit the outside of the mold that may stick to the mold, gently lift the edge of the mold to release the mold.

① The air pressure is usually determined by the area of the mold. If it is larger than 8㎡, use 8-9 stages; if it is between 5-8㎡, use 6-7 stages; if it is between 2-5㎡, use 5-6 stages. ; For those less than 2㎡, use 4-5 sections of air pressure.
② Don’t be irritable when knocking, and spread the knocking step by step; the grasp of strength is also very important, otherwise it is easy to damage the mold.
③ When peeling off the mold, the action must be gentle, otherwise the surface of the product will be easily damaged.
4.Cutting
Cut off the health side of the product along the cutting line of the FRP car shell. Under normal circumstances, the cutting method is adopted, which is to cut along the outer edge of the cutting line. In this way, once a curved edge is found during cutting, there is still a margin for remedy; if there is no curved edge, only the edge needs to be cut as a whole Just sand inward.
5.Surface repair
Not to mention the production of FRP RV shells, even the production of FRP products with any gel coat surface requires surface treatment. Reason ①The gel coat product is easy to form crystals after spraying the gel coat, and the accumulation of crystals will cause defects on the surface of the product; reason
②Even if it is a new mold, the gel coat is sprayed from the spray gun, it is inevitable that there will be a probability of one in ten million Small bubbles are generated, and gas is released when the gel coat itself is solidified, so it is normal that there are tiny bubbles on the surface after molding. The repair process is actually an indispensable step for gel coat products. Only gel coat noodles in the true sense can achieve the desired effect through repair. This process needs to fully detect the small bubbles on the surface of the FRP caravan shell, plug the holes with a diameter greater than 0.1mm, and polish the ones with a diameter less than 0.1mm. In addition, in order to make the surface of the product smooth, it needs to be polished as a whole to remove the crystals on the surface of the product.
